Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Peinc Studio, a division of Plethora Enterprises Inc.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Services & Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date, as specified in your service agreement. All payment details and cancellation policies will be outlined in your official quote and booking contract.

3. Use of Images

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Peinc Studio reserves the right to use photos and videos taken at your event for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will respect any specific requests for privacy if communicated in advance.

4. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any consequential damages or loss.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
